Quotations

A sales quotation is an estimate of the price of a company's goods or services for a prospective customer. We are able to create a new quotation fast using the Odoo Sales module. The user can view a list of all previously made quotations by selecting the Quotations option from the Orders tab, as shown in the screenshot below.

Orders

The Orders tab contains a number of menus, including Sales Team, Quotations, Customers, and more. Using the Odoo Sales module, managing teams and customers for a sales order is a straightforward process. A sales order is a commercial order sent to a client or customer. It has to do with the services and goods that an organisation offers. Within the Odoo Sales module, we can create a sales order for a customer, and you can access the Orders menu from the Orders tab in the Sales dashboard. You may view each sales order's details, including Order Date, Salesperson, Invoice Status, and other details, in the Sales Orders window's list view.

Customers MasterData

By choosing the Customers menu under the Orders tab, we can see the information about customers. In the Kanban view of the Customers window, as seen in the screenshot below, you can see the details of each customer, including address, email, name, and more.

Invoice

Within the Odoo Sales module, users may manage orders to invoice and sell to clients. The Orders to Invoice and Upsell options are visible in the Sales module beneath the To Invoice tab. To view the invoice data, choose the Orders to Invoice menu from the To Invoice tab's drop-down menu. To access all invoicing orders, select the Orders to invoicing icon located beneath the To Invoice tab. As seen in the screenshot below, users may access information about each invoice order, including Number, Customer, Website, Activities, Company, Invoice Status, and more.

Products

The Products pane contains a list of all the products your business handles. We have access to product variants, coupons & loyalty, and pricelists below the products tab. By selecting the Products menu at the Products tab's bottom, additional product information can be entered. You can view the price and on-hand unit of each item separately in the Products window's Kanban view.

Pricelists

When constructing a Pricelist in the Odoo Sales module, users can specify customised pricing guidelines. You can access each Pricelist's record by clicking the Pricelists menu under the Products tab. In the Pricelists box, we may find data such as Discount Policy, Website, Pricelist Name, and Company.
